Did you know that in 2014:

  • 5,579 agricultural workers got jobs with Utah’s agricultural employers through DWS. 
  • 190 agricultural employers posted 857 jobs with DWS with over 1000 openings. 
Our goal is to get more Farmworkers to come to our state and meet the labor needs of our agricultural community. 
 
The first step in getting the workers here is to make sure that Farmworkers know that Utah has work available. That means that Farm owners and operators need to have a way to post jobs that can be reviewed by anyone anywhere. The free service is already established and 190 agricultural employers used this service last year.
 
Futures Through Training works closely with agencies across the United States that serve Farmworkers with the primary focus of helping Farmworkers find jobs. Through these National Farmworker Jobs Program partners, we are marketing GetUtahFarmJobs.com to Farmworkers across the country.
